Management-In-Transition (MIT) Program

This is a dynamic and interactive certified program intended for those who aspire to move into management, new managers in the role, and existing managers who wish to become more effective in their roles. It is particularly suitable for all types of sales management.

The program runs for 10 weeks, consisting of one full day of classroom training per week with field exercises and assignments to be completed in between. There is a written examination on the last day of the program, which must attain a “pass” grade to gain certification.
