Commodore Greg Barnes PCGA is a former British Army Officer and an active member of the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary.

Greg was the youngest regional manager at Encyclopedia Britannica and national sales manager of the Great Books Division in the United Kingdom. He then went on to establish a number of highly successful multimillion-dollar companies throughout Southeast Asia, and became a renowned business coach and trainer.

As the chairman of Success Dynamics Alliance, Greg was responsible for the negotiations to acquire the Intellectual Property Rights of Success Dynamics (UK) Ltd and relocating the international headquarters from London to Manila.
He specializes in conducting the MIT (Management-In-Transition) Course, which is especially beneficial for aspiring, new, and current managers looking to improve their overall effectiveness.

Jiggy has over 25 years of experience in Information and Technology, and an in-depth understanding of various business processes in Insurance, Property, Real Estate, Maritime, Hotel and Restaurant. His last position held was Head of the Information Management Department.

Now, as Chief Analyst for the Philippines HQ, Jiggy champions all of the company’s tools. He works closely with clients to ensure the correct fit between the client’s business objectives and our products and services. He is also in charge of field training our psychometric analysts.

Jiggy graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines in 1997. He also was granted the designation of Fellow, Life Management Institute in 2001 from the Life Office Management Association, Atlanta GA, USA.

Eric is in the Information Technology field for over 10 years of diversified experience ranging from computer programming, web developing and networking. He will be bringing to the team the knowledge of computing systems, Internet security processes, servers, corporate storage systems, digital document management and business continuity technologies.

Running his own business as a freelance IT for the past years has made him a strong candidate to handle this position for the growth of the company in this digital era. He has made his commitment with us to where he can root himself and provide his services to bring Success Dynamics Alliance to the world.

Dean Ernesto Maceda, Jr. is the current president of the Universidad de Manila (UDM) and former dean of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) College of Law. He is a past chairman of the board and past president of the Philippine Association of Law Schools (PALS). He currently chairs the PALS Committee on Legal Education Reform.

He is a faculty member of several law schools teaching Constitutional Law Review, Constitutional Law I and II, Administrative Law, Law on Public Officers, Election Law, Law on Public Corporations, Business Organizations I and II, Obligations and Contracts, and Introduction to Law. He handles the Thesis Course at the PLM Graduate School of Law. He has been a bar reviewer for Administrative Law and Public Corporations, and is a regular lecturer
for the Legal Education Board for its law faculty seminars on Public Governance.

Outside the academe, Dean Maceda has served, among others, as Vice Mayor of the City of Manila; City Councilor of Manila; and Chief of Staff of the Speaker of the House of Representatives. In the private sector, he is General Counsel of the Philippine Star; Columnist of the Philippine Star and Pilipino Star Ngayon; and Managing Partner of the Maceda Law Office.

Dean Maceda is a member of the following Supreme Court committees: MCLE Governing Board; Legal Education and Bar Matters; and IBP Oversight.

He graduated from the University of the Philippines, A.B. Political Science in 1985; the Ateneo Law School, LL.B. in 1989; and was one of the topnotchers of the 1989 Bar Exams. He obtained his LL.M. from Columbia University in 1996 and is a member of the New York State Bar.

Deborah is a very experienced psychometric profiler, trainer, associate trainer, and role-player. She trains in DISC psychometric profiling, as well as Assertiveness Training and Communication Skills such as “Reading People and Modifying Your Behaviour”.

She has been a qualified psychometric profiler in DISC for more than 15 years and has worked with Success Dynamics Alliance and Success Dynamics before that, including a stint as one of the Directors from 2015 to 2017.

Elisabeth has two decades of proven experience in B2C and B2B sales mainly in real estate and managing property professionals. She prides herself on giving excellent customer care and building strong, effective teams. Having taken some time away from SDA to focus on building her successful property business, Elisabeth has brushed up on her skills as a psychometric analyst and is super excited to be back and helping businesses in the UK get the best from their biggest asset, their people.

Elisabeth has always had a keen interest in psychology and how people work / or not, together; and has found both in her professional and personal life, that communication and having the right people around is absolutely key to success and an easier life!
